Version 1.2 Changes

Short list of fixes but here they are:

• Changed pathing code in a cutscene with Priscilla to lower likelihood of an unreplicatable message freeze bug
• Many enemies have reduced HP and MP stats
• Bumped up base power of several key skills and lowered TP cost of many.
• Battle animations now run at normal speed
